Evan was absolutely awesome to work with. As first time home buyers, we had NO IDEA how the process worked. Outside of browsing Zillow, we knew nothing about home buying. Evan walked us through the entire process at our pace. We worked together for 8 months heavily looking & casually looking until we found our perfect home. Evan was patient and incredibly responsive the entire time. He provided unbiased recommendations and would instantly tell us if he didn't feel like it was a good fit for what we wanted. His honesty built trust with us almost immediately. Through the negotiation process, he fought for what we wanted and walked us through pros and cons before every decision was made. We ended up getting a great home for a great price in our desired location. No pressure or tactics, just a great experience. We have already recommended Evan to multiple friends and will definitely be calling when we move in the future. Incredible experience!

Evan was a great realtor to work with! He was very responsive and helped answer all of our questions as a first time homebuyer. He advised us well on items through inspection and worked well with our lender which made the whole process very easy! We made a offer on a house in an estate sale two days after Christmas. Evan was such a huge help in getting us into the home quickly, advocating on our behalf to the seller's agent and working with us to get a lot of contractors through quickly to ensure we wanted to move forward on the property. Even over a holiday, he was always reachable and quick to respond. Even if Evan couldn't make a contractor appointment, someone else from Cutler was there. The day before closing we were concerned about an HVAC sound we heard on walkthrough. They had someone on-site within 45 minutes to take a look. Highly recommend.
