My husband and I had been looking for a house since October 2022. We weren't quite ready to buy, but we were browsing and trying to get acquainted with the market. Around March, we decided to start looking at houses in Cincinnati as well (we were previously only interested in the Northern Kentucky area), which is how we got in touch with Evan. Though the house-buying process is especially terrible at the moment, working with Evan was a relief. He knew we wouldn't be ready to buy until late May and yet he had no problem showing us houses he knew we had no intention of purchasing. We initially felt bad, but he reassured us and told us that looking and learning is part of the process. For almost four months we looked at many houses, sometimes three in one day. Once he agreed to meet us super last minute at 8 PM to tour a house. He was also always so honest and would point out issues any house we toured had. When we decided we should perhaps consider a new-build, he put us in contact with some people he knew and even attended the first meeting. Then we changed our minds and decided that wouldn't work. My husband and I felt very defeated and seriously thought we would never find a house in this market, but we did. Evan was a fantastic resource and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who asks.
