We were first time home buyers and Evan walked us through the process step by step. He was easy to get in contact with when needed and very easy to communicate with. He had a great attitude and gave us his honest opinion when requested. He was very knowledgeable and had a network he could reach out to for expertise. He remained in touch post-closing to answer questions we had even though he was not obligated to. He genuinely cared and wanted us to get the best deal, to ensure we were comfortable, and that our home-buying experience was enjoyable.
