Evan was absolutely awesome to work with. As first time home buyers, we had NO IDEA how the process worked. Outside of browsing Zillow, we knew nothing about home buying. Evan walked us through the entire process at our pace. We worked together for 8 months heavily looking & casually looking until we found our perfect home. Evan was patient and incredibly responsive the entire time. He provided unbiased recommendations and would instantly tell us if he didn't feel like it was a good fit for what we wanted. His honesty built trust with us almost immediately. Through the negotiation process, he fought for what we wanted and walked us through pros and cons before every decision was made. We ended up getting a great home for a great price in our desired location. No pressure or tactics, just a great experience. We have already recommended Evan to multiple friends and will definitely be calling when we move in the future. Incredible experience!
