I was given Cutler realty by a referral service online. I was quickly contacted by Evan and after answering a few questions, Evan quickly started looking for houses we would be interested in purchasing. I have been very impressed with their knowledge and exemplary customer service. Even with the extreme demand for buying houses, Evan and Don were able to get me into see the houses I wanted to see in the same day! They completely understand how fast houses are moving and to get the one you want you have to act fast. Don and Evan were always patient and thorough in explaining questions I had about all aspects of buying a house. They were always upfront with me about everything; their main objective was to make sure we found the house of our dreams, not to sell us what they wanted us to buy. Don and Evan are very friendly and approachable, making us feel very comfortable and establishing a great business relationship. When some issues did arise from my loan lender, Don made sure to look out for our best interests. He was able to resolve the situation quickly even though it was not his job to fix the situation! I am amazed at the customer service they provide! Rarely do you see any business that works so hard to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Working with Don and Evan has been a wonderful experience, and I look forward to working with them again and again for all my home selling, buying needs. Thank you both for the amazing job you did! You are awesome!
