We made a offer on a house in an estate sale two days after Christmas. Evan was such a huge help in getting us into the home quickly, advocating on our behalf to the seller's agent and working with us to get a lot of contractors through quickly to ensure we wanted to move forward on the property. Even over a holiday, he was always reachable and quick to respond. Even if Evan couldn't make a contractor appointment, someone else from Cutler was there. The day before closing we were concerned about an HVAC sound we heard on walkthrough. They had someone on-site within 45 minutes to take a look. Highly recommend.

Don and Evan did an amazing job providing detailed insight to the current housing market for sellers and how to set a selling price that resulted in our house selling within a couple days at a very good price! Don and Evan went above and beyond to take care of all the paperwork so we could close quickly on our original close date.
